Indonesian government issued an announcement 457/DJSDPPI.5/SP.04.09/06/2021 for the manufacturers of telecommunication devices. The document supplements the Decree No. 11 of 2021 concerning the recognition of test reports for telecommunication devices issued by the overseas test centers for certification purposes in Indonesia. Now foreign labs must attach a reference summary of the Test Results Report (LHU) page or test report related to the technical requirements that apply in Indonesia.

Thus, when applying for certification of telecommunication devices in Indonesia, it is necessary to attach a reference summary of the Test Results Report (LHU) page or test report related to the technical requirements that apply in Indonesia. This summary or test report must be issued only by the foreign testing center according to the form developed and attached to the announcement.

The announcement will become effective from July 4, 2021.
