ICASA Publishes Final Radio Frequency Migration Plan 2019 for South Africa

On March 29, 2019, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) published the Final Radio Frequency Migration Plan 2019. With the National Radio Frequency Spectrum Assignment Plans, the regulator strives to ensure effective and efficient spectrum usage and compliance with the international standards as well as informing market parties on the current and future use of the frequency bands.
