Vietnam Sets up New Regulations on License-Free Frequency Bands
The Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (MIC Vietnam) amended the Circular 46/2016/TT-BTTTT “Regulations on License-Free Frequency Bands” and replaced it with the Circular 18/2018/TT-BTTTT. The document became effective from February 12, 2019.
