Vietnam Sets up New Spectrum Allocation for Fixed and Land Mobile Radio Devices
The Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has published Circular 17/2018/TT-BTTTT. It establishes spectrum allocation for fixed and land mobile radio devices using frequency from 30 MHz up to 30000 MHz. This Circular is aimed to re-allocate Vietnamese spectrum and eliminate radio disturbances.
Circular 17/2018/TT-BTTTT is replacing Circular 13/2013/TT-BTTTT and becomes effective since January 28, 2019.
This Circular contains annexes with radio-frequency channel arrangements for fixed wireless systems operating in different bands according to the ITU Recommendations. It considers the requirements of the following recommendations:

ITU-R F.747-1 annex 3
ITU-R F.746-10 annexes 3,5
ITU-R F.637-2 annex 1
ITU-R F.748-4 annexes 1,2
