Thailand NBTC new RFID and IoT technical standards

On November 24, 2017 the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications of Thailand (NBTC) has announced 2 technical standards for Radio Communications:
New technical standard NBTC TS 1010-2560 to replace the previous standard NBTC TS 1010-2550 for RFID Radio Communication Equipment;
New standard NBTC TS 1033-2560 for IoT (non-RFID).
The NBTC TS 1010-2560 standard comes into effect immediately. There is no change to the frequency band permitted for RFID in Thailand, which remains 920 - 925 MHz. The only change in the new standard is for the type approval classification for RFID devices with an output power inferior to 50mW.
The NBTC TS 1033-2560 identifies the technical requirements for non-RFID devices. Previously, the band allocation 920 - 925 MHz was opened to RFID only. New standard for IoT (non-RFID) NBTC TS 1033-2560 allows IoT or LoRa to use 920 - 925 MHz in Thailand.
