Energy Efficiency requirements for external power sources in Belarus

Energy Efficiency requirements for external power sources will come in force in Belarus starting from September 1st, 2017.

 

National certificate of conformity (STB EE CoC) of the Republic of Belarus becomes mandatory to gain access to the Belarusian market for external power sources.

Energy efficiency requirements for external power sources in Belarus are fully harmonized with the European EE requirements. Energy Efficiency label is not required.

 

Below you can find detailed information on applicable National and equivalent EU requirements for external power sources:

 

 

Requirements for external power sources - STB 2463-2016 (Section 4)

 

"Requirements for eco-design of the external power sources available in the market on medium-effective efficiency and power consumption in idle mode."

 

Table 1 - Electricity consumption in idling mode:

 

The average effective efficiency should not be lower than the limits specified in Table 2.
