According to the Russian Federation Presidential Decree No 719 dated by November 20, 2020 “On enhancing governance in the field of digital development, communications and mass communications”, the Federal agency of communications terminates its work. All activities carried out by the Agency are now laid upon the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

However, as the Agency informs, the delegation of its responsibilities will be as smooth as possible. At the moment and until the completion of all the relevant procedures, Rossvyaz will fully perform its activities and operate in a regular mode. All current business processes will be completed on time.

In spite of this, the GMA Consult Group advises you to apply for FAC certification or FAC declaration now if you have any upcoming projects. Currently, it is far from certain that the procedure will not change in the future.
