Results of inspections of the accredited certification bodies, laboratories, and organizations in Ru

The Russian Accreditation Authority (Federal Service for Accreditation—RusAccreditation) has inspected the activities of Russian certification bodies, organizations, and testing laboratories for possible violations.

For the last two months—September and October 2019—RusAccreditation conducted 295 inspections.

The inspections were made to:

 

  • Eliminate non-compliance with accreditation criteria  
  • Assess the implementation of previously issued injunctions  
  • Reveal possible violations by accredited individuals

As a result of the inspection of certification authorities:

 

  • 13 accreditation authorities received temporary injunctions in order to fix violations  
  • 11 accreditation authorities were suspended (including 6 test laboratories and 5 organization ensuring measurement traceability)  
  • 36 judicial acts were issued to violators  
  • 24 accreditations of organizations were terminated.

The following 12 accreditation bodies were closed due the non-elimination of inconsistencies in the accreditation criteria revealed during the procedure for the confirmation of competence:

 

  • Five test laboratories:

«Ap Kvark», LLC – RA.RU.21АЕ91

 

  • Four certification bodies:

«MNITI-CERTIFICA», NPO – RA.RU.11МЕ61

«Tsentr promyshlennoy ekspertizy», LLC – RA.RU.12МД08

«OCS», LLC  – RA.RU.11НА40

«Test Service», LLC – RA.RU.11АБ79

 

  • Three organizations ensuring measurement traceability:  

«ISL and Metrologiya», LLC – РОСС RU.0001.310332

Zhuravliov Alexandr Alexandrovich, sole trader  – RA.RU.320043

«METR-EK», LLC – RA.RU.312402

The following 3 accreditation bodies were closed due the announced on-site audit avoidance:

 

  • Two certification bodies:

«Standarty and Sootvetstvie», LLC – RA.RU.11БЕ01

«Pro-Expert», LLC – RA.RU.11ГЧ02

 

  • One organization ensuring measurement traceability:  

«IT «Test-Pribor», CJSC – RA.RU.312415
